Welcome to The Wire

The Wire is a Contact Center Solutions portal created and operated on the basis of the Contact Center Community's need for a single point of reference for informaton about technologies, business tools, vendors and suppliers.

The Wire's main focus is the Genesys platform and the many add-ons, integration points and supporting applications, frameworks and platforms that Genesys solutions work with.

The Wire Magazine is a free, quarterly newsletter sent out in pdf format. Apart from the newsletter, subscribers are offered access to The Directory, a portal for vendors, suppliers and service providers active in the Contact Centre industry, software and hardware reviews, documentation, FAQs and much more.
