I've played with IT/Telco Network Planning and Administration, Project Management, Program Management, Lifecycle; Delivery> R&D> Design> Development> Testing> Implementation> Operations> Support> Quality Assurance/Customer Satisfaction Indexing. Helpdesk>Desk Side Support and Management. I'm an On-Line moderator of various technical forums and I've recently provided technical and business articles for industry publications. I have extensive experience within Genesys Suite; Framework, Management Framework, Intelligent Call Routing, Multimedia Routing, Call Centre Analyzer (ETL and DMA), Brio/Hyperion, CCPulse+, Workforce Management and some exposure to ICON/Infomart coupled with some Middleware Integrations. I'm a Certified Genesys Engineer (5.1, UG6.5, UG7.2) and member of GCAP for 2009 - I'm also a Certified Green Belt for 6Sigma... :)
