With a background in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) I specialise in strategic technical and business solutions design, primarily in customer interaction centres. I focus on optimisation of business processes towards strategic goals, by applying supporting technologies to add value to both internal and external customers. I engage at both project initiation as well as change level, offering my specific expertise in Genesys Solutions Design and Genesys and general Workforce Management implementation, as well as my diverse, international experience from the contact centre industry.
