Deep in the depths of time Wyn was a techie in a small call centre. Then in 1998 he discovered Genesys and has been an addict ever since.

In the intervening years Wyn has worked on many different sorts of Genesys implementations in roles from Business Analysis, Architecture, Deployments, Testing to Support and Training. If pressed, Wyn will say his favourite specialisms are Routing and Reporting.

After having a number of unique product and service ideas being stolen in the past Wyn keeps his ideas very private. One the ideas that has made it out into the wild is The Wire. Other ideas are in the pipeline are even more radical, but always Genesys focused.
